This presentation will provide you with a vivid outlook on everything you need to know in regards to property tax.

Presenter: Rae Buchan AACI, B.E.S., P.Val, managed the real estate appraisal group and the property tax group at PwC and then helped set up the Property Tax group at Deloitte before establishing his own real estate advisory firm "Context Realty Advisors" in 2004.
He has presented to SIOR, CCIM and other various large brokerage companies; The Appraisal Institute; The Canadian Institute; Insight; ARICS, The Law Society of Upper Canada etc.
One of the largest tax savings achieved was $ 30,000,000. The six other tax agents interviewed had told the client nothing could be done. He said that he would be glad to turn the table upside down. He did.
